For many people choosing a wedding photographer involves checking out their website for good images and then also checking out reviews to see if they have some good comments, or negative ones.
There are a few things to keep in mind.
- The website may look like it has some fantastic images but are all of the staff that work within the company to the same standard as the master that produced the stunning images on the website?
- Some photographers may look to sell you their service but in the end you end up with a package where the photographs are taken by their staff or assistants.
- You may also find that they have a lot of awards however these awards generally are assigned to the individual, and not the team.

Make sure that when you book your wedding photos you know who will be taking the photos, and you have an idea of how good they are at doing it.
Remember, we don’t want surprises on the wedding day. And what is worse, you don’t get to see the photos until after the wedding has finished so it is not something you can go back and change if you they don’t come out well. Get it right at the start!
