How to postpone marriage during the pandemic COVID-19 period

Currently the world is suffering from an epidemic. This has an impact on all industries, especially the tourism. Yes, we are all having a hard time. Many people have lost their jobs at this time. We are all hoping the world will be back to normal again.  As a wedding planner, we advise you to postpone your wedding but don’t cancel it. Let’s reinvent the happiest day of your life again.

The following are some things that you need to consider in postponing your wedding:

  1. Contact your wedding planner.

Ask for their opinions about your wedding reschedule. Also, it’s a good idea to be flexible about your wedding date.

  1. Make sure the vendors accept the date you request.

You need to know a few possibilities. First your vendor is willing to have a new wedding date without conditions, or they are willing with additional terms. The last thing you might want to consider is changing vendors if they are not available on the date you requested. * Please review their terms and conditions.

  1. If you have a wedding invitation website, immediately update your website.

Tell your guests about some of the agreed changes. There is a possibility that the number of your guests will be reduced considering the flight tickets they have paid may not be refunded or the schedule cannot be changed.

You may a little blue now, but no need to be sad or worry because this happens to many people. Nobody knew this would happen before. Believe me, we will come together again, we will dance, we will share in life’s biggest moments and they will have a deeper meaning now.

Stay Safe!
